Garlic Powder

Overview

Our garlic powder is a spice made from fresh garlic cloves that have been dehydrated and ground into a fine, smooth powder. The process removes all moisture while preserving the flavor and nutrients, resulting in a product with a much longer shelf life than fresh garlic.

The taste of our garlic powder is garlicky, but distinctly different from fresh garlic. It is sweeter, milder, and less pungent, without the sharp, assertive bite of fresh garlic or the caramelised undertones of roasted garlic. It provides a more balanced and subtle garlic flavour that can be distributed evenly throughout a dish.
