Our White pepper powder is a fine, creamy or off-white spice derived from the dried, fully ripened berries which gives a distinct flavour and aroma. Our white pepper powder has a pale, grayish-white color and a fine, consistent texture. It is milder, less pungent, and less complex than black pepper. It has an earthy, musty flavor with a subtle but sharper heat.
